Extreme Floor Prep on Concrete Slab: This slab is over two inches out of tolerance. The contractor who poured this slab tried to put in a control joint which obviously failed big time. Had to take out the demo hammer as the peak in the center was to high to just grind. After demoing much of the curl on this slab I then ground it down to where all that will be needed is a one half inch fill on both sides. Plans are to pin the concrete with epoxy and rebar then fill it then install a floating wood floor when the lady gets back from tour.
